Most customers ship tapes and small orders of film to us in Post Office Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. These seem to work fine, and we have yet to see anything mailed this way damaged in transit. If necessary, pack newspapers or bubble wrap around the tape to keep it from rattling around.
If you have several tapes to ship, or a large number of film rolls, pack these securely in a cardboard box or padded envelope, with plenty of padding on all sides of the tapes and film. Bubble wrap works well for this, as does foam packing "peanuts."
Be sure your return address is securely attached to the package. Be sure it's somewhere inside the box, too.
Shipping & Handling:
We suggest that regardless of the method you choose to ship your tape you request "tracking" of the package so that both you and the carrier will know its whereabouts at all times.
Whether you insure your package is your choice. We will only insure the return shipment if you ask for it specifically. The cost of insurance will be included in the shipping charges.
A handling charge of $3.00 will be added to the cost of shipping each package.
Please contact VideOccasions by email or phone (425-641-4811) if you have any questions .

Unless we receive specific instructions to the contrary from you, we will return your tapes, DVDs and films by U.S. Postal Service as "media." If you prefer Priority Shipping or that we use another carrier, please let us know in your cover letter. To the cost of the shipping method of your choice we will add charges for insurance (if you request it) and all packages sent via USPS will be covered by "tracking," which will assure that the Post Office knows the where-abouts of your materials at all times.
Turn-around
Orders are processed as they come in. Turn-around is usually 4 business days after we receive your shipment, but can take longer, especially near holidays.
We hope this has answered your questions regarding shipping items to VideOccasions. If you have unanswered questions, call us at 425-641-4811 (remembering that when it's 10:00 a.m. on the East Coast, it's only 7:00 a.m. in Seattle) or e-mail us.
