• High Impact,low cost! Using YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and other sharing and social media sites, companies throughout the world are using on-line video clips to market their services and products. Video adds "show" to "tell," creating a depth difficult to achieve through print media alone. Unlike training films, corporate presentations and business brochures of the past, video can be tailored to your individual special needs quickly and at a relatively low cost.

• Telling your story! Our goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. We work closely with our business clients to produce videos that get the job done. This includes pre-production work such as scripting and casting and location scouting by VideOccasions when called for, and client involvement in post-production work including decisions in taping, editing, voice-over and music selection. We are comfortable working with materials such as video, still pictures and PowerPoint ® slide presentations that have been produced "in house" by your company.

  Our years of experience in theatre production and in videotaping theatrical events makes VideOccasions a natural choice for the client who wishes to add a touch of theatricality and drama to training and promotional material.

• Tell it like it was --- pictures and sound! VideOccasions provides discrete, unobtrusive professional coverage of business events, using a single camera where nothing more than a record is required, multiple cameras where the nature of the event requires it or the video document is to be used for presentation or public display. Wired and wireless microphone coverage is used as appropriate and supplemental lighting is available when needed.

Web Presence for Business: A Case Study

St. Mary Angler promotional video (View on the St.Mary Angler website)	During the summer of 2007 VideOccasions went on location in British Columbia to produce a promotional piece for Kelly and Karen Laatsch at the St. Mary Angler Fly Shop. This project, which required two days of shooting on B.C. rivers and several days of editing, is displayed to perspective clients at trade shows and appears on the shop's video screens and on the St. Mary Angler Fly Shop web site.	In May 2008 West Slope Cutthroat: Jewels in the Crown was awarded two Bronze Tellys, for In-store Promotional Media and for audio production. With more than 14,000 entries in the Tellys this year, we and our clients think that's something to be proud of. But more importantly, thousands of potential St. Mary Angler Fly Shop customers have viewed this video at sports shows in Washington, Oregon and California; many have booked trips with the guide service.

Training and Conference Video

In today's economic climate, lowering costs associated with training and compliance is of paramount importance. Video can play a major role in cost reduction: it's a lot less expensive to mail a DVD or flash drive, or up-load video training material to Dropbox or the Cloud for a colleague in Minneapolis than to fly her to Seattle to attend a training session. VideOccasions has documented training and compliance sessions in fields as divergent as power generation and acupuncture, tsunami detection and doll making, investment strategies and weight loss.
