The Dais

On the dais were located chairs for the King and Queen, and perhaps for several courtiers as well.
Measurements for the dais are based on the Inigo Jones' plan for the temporary theatre in the Hall, Whitehall.* Since the dais does not
appear in elevations,there is no way to determine with accuracy its height. |
