Above the "Ladies Coffee Room," reached by a steep flight of steps, were the third level boxes. These were at a level below the gallery. The gallery was accessible only via the enclosed stairways at the front (north) of the wings.
In Figure 5 the 3rd Level Box passageway, and a room which probably served as the 3rd Level Box Lobby, are color-coded blue. The Gallery Lobby above, and the passageway which leads back-stage to the Passage over the Proscenium and to what Henry Warren called the "Picture Room," have been colored light red.
