Tips for Better Video

This section of the VideOccasions web site is for those who own a video camera, or perhaps are thinking about buying a video camera, and who would like to learn a bit about creating good video "productions."
The "tips" given here have been accumulated by us, our clients and fellow videographers over many years of working in video. This section of the web site is up-dated from time to time as new ideas come our way.

We at VideOccasions encourage you to browse through these pages. Here you will find suggestions for planning your shoot, some things to consider when you are actually recording the event on tape and, perhaps most importantly, things to consider when you plan to edit your tape into a professional looking finished product, a tape you will be proud to share with family and friends.

There are two ways to navigate the tips: you can select a major topic such as "Your Camera," and read all the information located there, or you can jump into the middle of the major topic by selecting a sub-topic -- "Zoom" for example.
