Videosmith "Mighty-Wondercam" shoulder mount and Bogen 2345 monopod with 3229 head and quick-release plate. The monopod has a squeeze grip that enables the pod to be shortened or lengthened quickly. Here the monopod is folded and both units are locked under my arm.	Here the monopod is extended. The shoulder mount is locked under my arm and the monopod is braced against my right leg.
In this picture and the one to the right the monopod is fully extended, the shoulder mount is on my shoulder. I find that anchoring the monopod against my body and pulling the shoulder mount into my shoulder creates an extremely steady support.
