- Art History Webmasters Association: Art History Sites on the Web. Links to major art history sites world wide.
- Backstage, "a performing arts gateway for the UK." "Backstage provides a single point of entry for finding and searching performing arts collections in the UK. It is aimed at the research community, plus anyone with an interest in the performing arts." An excellent resource.
- El Web de les Cičncies Socials plus Historia de l'Art and Art del Segle XX. Excellent links. Don't let the language become a barrier.
- The Getty Research Institute at the Getty Museum. Includes tools such as the Research Library Online Catalog, Photo Study Collection Database, Digital Resources, Provenance Index Databases and the Vocabulary Databases.
- The Great Buildings Collection of Architecture, Design, History, Images, and 3D Models. This is an excellent resource in which to find information about architects and their buildings, including biographies, photographs and models.
- CETI: AIIS - Miniature Painting Index American Institute of Indian Studies. From the Varanasi collection of the University of Pennsylvania, United States.
- The On Line Library of Literature. Selected works of 30 writers. No drama, but lots of good literature. Unfortunately, the site has not been updated since 1999. Still, a good resource if you need text references in a hurry.
- Resources in Architecture, an index to architectural links throughout the world, compiled by the Vassar College Art Library. A really great resource, one of the better sites on the Web! [Off-line as of 12/03/07]
- Traces: The Way of the Heart. A resource for visual materials from all historic periods, "including art history and prehistoric art, collections, music, and space art and other science-related themes."
